The Purpose of the Committee for Young Women Reps (YWRs) is:
- Give leaders resources to make connections with young women.
- Produce and facilitate the Young Woman Representatives (YWR) program for the LWML Convention.
- Empower and mentor younger women to grow as sisters in Christ.
- Equip and encourage young women to embrace the mission of the LWML, especially at the local level.
